Kenneth Talmadge Stacks established Zephyr Art and Frame in 1994.His intention was to combine the aesthetics and design principles of the early twentieth centurywith the finest picture framing materials and techniques currently available. Initially, Ken studied under conservator Donald Bowen, C.P.F., but has since gone on to supplement his craft with various workshops, seminars and independent study.
