Kenneth Talmadge Stacks established Zephyr Art and Frame in 1994.

His intention was to combine the aesthetics and design principles of the early twentieth century

with the finest picture framing materials and techniques currently available.

Initially, Ken studied under conservator Donald Bowen, C.P.F., but has since gone on to supplement his craft with various workshops, seminars and independent study.

Over the past sixteen years, he has had the good fortune

to attract some of the region's finest clients and artists.

All of his museum-grade matting and framing adheres to the strict guidelines set forth

by the Professional Picture Framers Association.
